Caruso's American Cafe was formed in 2001 giving our customers a place to come and enjoy hand crafted American Fare. We wanted to combine the ultimate cafe menu with a classic Americana service-oriented setting. This concept has proven to be an immediate success as more and more restaurant & food enthusiasts continue to visit us every day. Our entire menu has evolved and improved over the years, allowing us to give our customers the best variety and value for their money.

 Burrito Bowl Mexican Grill 

In the early 1990's Burrito Bowl was founded after entrepreneur chef Ronnie Chalhoub returned from a family vacation in the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico. He had fallen in love with the rich flavors of local Mexican food and decided he wanted to bring this exciting culinary experience back home. Ronnie has lived by the rules and the authentic recipes the Mexican chefs had taught him. Quality garden ingredients prepared in front of the customer and made fresh to order. Burrito bowl was founded on these principles and we will continue to bring the best food wherever we go.

Burrito Bowl operates 18 locations in 5 countries

 Moosehead BBQ Grill

 Moosehead BBQ Grill combines the feel of a great Southern Smokehouse with the flair of an American craft kitchen. Our menu features smokehouse favorites like our flame-grilled ribs and steaks and house-smoked brisket, sausage, chicken and pork. Our Chef-driven menu also features a mix of pastas, seafood, award-winning sauces, homemade southern cornbread, and appetizers that are sure to set us apart from the crowd! Moosehead BBQ Grill was originally started in Vermillion Ohio in 1995, and relocated to Amherst in 2006. Moosehead BBQ operates 2 locations in Cleveland, Ohio
